The organization was started by Marlies Y. Hendricks, a public US. Accountant and Professional Canadian Accountant who has a track record of 20 years accounting, bookkeeping, tax and system consulting experience in very large corporations and in public practice.

She has a team of two professional associates -" John Clark, CGA" and "Barbara Cowper, CGA". Her staff further consists of Jimmy (Senior Staff Accountant), Clay (Staff Accountant), Alex (Co-op student) and Robert (Office Manager).
